Acknowledgement of the Technology Equipment Use Agreement is required by all students and their guardians. Failure to complete the acknowledgement forms may result in your device being locked down by IT until accounted for.

There may be fees for physically damaged and/or lost devices and accessories such as chargers.
If students would like to take a replacement device/accessory home, payment of fees for their first device/accessory must be received.
District fees will be collected by the IT Department using Rev-Track.
The IT Fulfillment Team will provide a replacement device/accessory upon payment of fees.
